Structured workspace content
Prepare PDF content for a Notion workflow.
A PDF preserves a final layout. Converting the useful parts to Markdown can make that information easier to edit, reorganize, and move into workspace pages.
Convert the part you need
Use full-document conversion when the entire source belongs in the workspace, or select a range or specific pages when only one section matters. Reviewing a smaller result can also make cleanup faster.
Review before you move it
Check headings, lists, tables, line breaks, and reading order before adding the content to a Notion page. Complex PDFs may need manual cleanup because visual page layout does not always map directly to linear text.
Build a useful destination page
After conversion, add the context a PDF may not contain: ownership, status, related pages, a short summary, and links back to the source. Markdown is the transport format; your workspace structure provides the ongoing context.
No claimed integration
2cmd Drop creates Markdown for general use. Notion is mentioned descriptively, without claiming an official integration, partnership, or endorsement.
